Refund Policy

Current status

Cube 45 is a product concept in prototype validation. Orders are not currently open. This policy will apply once pre-orders launch.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund process

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.
